Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Autobots, operated by Auto-Magically (“we”, “us”). By creating an Autobot you agree to them. Questions: info@auto-magically.com.
1. The service
Autobots generates social media content with AI and publishes it to your connected channels on your behalf. One Autobot covers one channel and posts up to seven times per week, each post with an AI-written caption and a generated image in your chosen brand style and language.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and using Autobots for a business. By signing up you confirm you have authority to enter these terms on behalf of that business.
3. Your channels & your responsibilities
You warrant that you own or control the social accounts you ask us to post to, and that you have the right to grant us access to publish on them. You remain responsible for everything posted under your brand. You are responsible for ensuring posts comply with applicable laws and the rules of your industry.
4. Fees & billing
Autobots costs £99 per month per Autobot, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops future charges. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. AI-generated content — no guarantee
Posts are produced automatically by AI. They may occasionally contain errors or be off-tone, and we make no guarantee as to accuracy, results, reach, engagement or growth. You can review, pause or stop your Autobots at any time, and we recommend monitoring what is published.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Autobots to publish illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content, or content you don't have the rights to. We may refuse, remove, or pause content or accounts that breach this.
8. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your brand and your content. You grant us a licence to generate and publish content on your behalf for the purpose of providing the service. We retain all rights in the Autobots platform itself.
9. Third-party platforms
Posting depends on third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and our publishing provider. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages, rate limits, or account actions.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate the service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse. You may stop using Autobots at any time by cancelling.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, reputation, or business). Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your channels, or your misuse of the service.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
